What: During these weeks of uncertainty and social distancing we can all use some tips and tricks on how to navigate successfully through this corona crisis. Working in your “home-office” in a society with “social distancing” can be challenging and requires new routines and a different mindset. You might also (sometimes) suffer from stress. In the lecture or workshop “The (Neuro)Science of Wellbeing and Stress” you will learn how to prevent (work) stress and increase your energy levels and stay resilient. This can help you to perform better and work more effectively at home during these challenging times.
